Holiday parties, awards nights, product launches, summer socials and client entertaining. The difference from a private party is that somebody's name is on this: it is a company in a room, often with clients in it, and the things that go wrong are reputational rather than musical.

So the questions we ask are different. Who is speaking and what is their title. How the company name is said out loud. What must not be played in front of the people who are coming. Whether anything is being filmed.

Everything we do is available for a company event: a DJ and emcee, karaoke, Jukebox Bingo, a foam party, a photo booth, lighting and more, at the same prices whatever the occasion. Pick what suits yours below, or see the foam party packages.

We invest in equipment. We build processes. We maintain contingencies. We work to create consistency across a growing team, because our clients shouldn’t have to worry about what’s happening behind the scenes.

Things can go wrong at live events. Equipment can fail. People can get sick. There’s a difference between being arrogant enough to assume everything will work and being confident because you’ve done the work to be ready when it doesn’t.

Packages are designed for most private events of up to 150 guests. Large guest counts, multiple event areas, complex venue requirements, holidays, extended travel, and additional production needs may require a custom quote. Setup and teardown are included and do not reduce your scheduled entertainment time.

  • Additional time: $175 per hour
  • Headliner enhancements must be selected in advance.
  • Dancing on a Cloud is subject to venue approval.
  • Enhancement availability may depend on venue conditions and event type.
  • Custom monograms remain separately priced and are not one of the two choices.

Add to your event

Any of these can be added to a company event, at the same price as for any other.

Prices are per event. Jukebox Bingo can be booked without a package; the rest assume one alongside them. Photographs are illustrative.

Do you invoice a company?

Yes — purchase orders, invoices and payment terms are all normal here, and we can send whatever your finance team needs before the event.

Can you run an awards presentation?

Yes. Walk-up music per winner, the category order, a lectern microphone and a handheld, and the names written out phonetically so nobody's is said wrong on stage. The planning form asks for all of it in advance.

Can you keep it clean?

Clean versions only is a setting, not a request we might forget. It is on the planning form, and it is the default whenever clients or families are attending.
