Terms & Privacy

These terms cover using this website. They are not the terms of a booking. When you book us, the agreement is the written quote and confirmation we send you, and where that differs from anything here, the written quote is what counts.

Prices and plans on this site

The package and add-on prices, and any plan produced by Plan My Event or by the event concierge, are estimates based on what you tell us. They are not an offer and they do not book anything. Where you see Price on request, there is no published price and the figure comes with your quote.

Nothing on this site can hold a date for you. Availability is only ever confirmed by us, in writing.

What is listed here

We keep the venue schedule, the packages and the prices as accurate as we can, but nights move and venues change their plans. If a listed night matters to you, ring the venue or call us before you travel.

Using the site

Please do not use this site to send unlawful, abusive or deliberately misleading content, to try to reach accounts or data that are not yours, or to copy our photographs, wording or branding for use elsewhere without asking first. The photographs, text and marks on this site belong to Houston Party Network or are used with permission.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a venue's page or another company's service, we do not control what is on it and we are not responsible for it.

What we collect, and why

When you ask for a quote — through Contact us, through Plan My Event, or through the event concierge — we collect what you give us. That is your name, email address and phone number, and the details of the event: the type, the date, the start and finish times, the venue and town, roughly how many guests you expect, a budget range, which services you are interested in, and anything else you choose to add. We use it to reply to you, to put a quote together, and to run the event if you book us.

If you create an account

An account stores your email address and your password. We never store the password itself — only a scrambled version of it that cannot be turned back into your password, which is why we can reset it but never tell you what it was.

If we are running your event, the planning pages store what you enter there: timings, must-play and do-not-play songs, notes for your DJ, and your answers to the planning questions. That is what your DJ works from on the night.

The event concierge

The chat window is powered by Claude, made by Anthropic. What you type into it is sent to Anthropic so it can produce a reply, and the conversation is kept so we can pick it up if you come back and so we can see how well it is answering people. Please do not type card numbers, passwords or anything else sensitive into it — use the phone for that.

Cookies

We set a small number of cookies. One keeps you signed in. One protects our forms from being submitted on your behalf by another website. Where we have analytics switched on, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits and show us which pages people actually use. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other sites.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry comes to us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It passes through the companies that run the site for us — the host the site sits on, the service that sends our email, Anthropic for the concierge, and Google Analytics — and no further.

Asking for a copy, or a deletion

Email or call us and we will send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. If we have already run your event we may need to keep the booking and payment records, but the planning detail and anything we hold for marketing can go.

Children

This site is for adults booking entertainment. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
