What we can bring

Choose one experience or combine a few. We will shape the timing, equipment and hosting around your room.

School dances, proms, graduations, field days, fundraisers, church socials and community nights. Two things make these different from every other booking: the audience is usually young, and there is almost always a committee rather than one person deciding.

That means clean versions as standard, a named contact who can make a decision on the day, and equipment that can be set up and cleared inside the window a school will give you. We have done enough of them to know the window is never as long as it says on the booking form.

Packages

Dances, graduations and fundraisers. Every package includes the PA and a DJ/emcee, with the hosting done for you.

Prices are per event and every add-on assumes a package is booked alongside it. Photographs are illustrative; each package includes exactly what is listed on it.

Is everything school-appropriate?

Yes. Clean versions only is the default for anything with students in the room, and we will send the set list in advance if your district wants to see it.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, and we can send a certificate to whoever needs it — most districts and community centres ask, and it is easier to do it a month out than the week of.

Can you do a foam party or a movie night for a field day?

Both, and both are popular for exactly this. A foam party needs a surface that drains and an outdoor tap; an outdoor movie needs somewhere that gets properly dark. We will tell you honestly if your space does not suit one.
