School dances, proms, graduations, field days, fundraisers, church socials and community nights. Two things make these different from every other booking: the audience is usually young, and there is almost always a committee rather than one person deciding.

That means clean versions as standard, a named contact who can make a decision on the day, and equipment that can be set up and cleared inside the window a school will give you. We have done enough of them to know the window is never as long as it says on the booking form.

Everything we do is available for a school or community event: a DJ and emcee, karaoke, Jukebox Bingo, a foam party, a photo booth, lighting and more, at the same prices whatever the occasion. Pick what suits yours below, or see the foam party packages.

Packages are designed for most private events of up to 150 guests. Large guest counts, multiple event areas, complex venue requirements, holidays, extended travel, and additional production needs may require a custom quote. Setup and teardown are included and do not reduce your scheduled entertainment time.

  • Additional time: $175 per hour
  • Headliner enhancements must be selected in advance.
  • Dancing on a Cloud is subject to venue approval.
  • Enhancement availability may depend on venue conditions and event type.
  • Custom monograms remain separately priced and are not one of the two choices.

Add to your event

Any of these can be added to a school or community event, at the same price as for any other.

Prices are per event. Jukebox Bingo can be booked without a package; the rest assume one alongside them. Photographs are illustrative.

Is everything school-appropriate?

Yes. Clean versions only is the default for anything with students in the room, and we will send the set list in advance if your district wants to see it.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, and we can send a certificate to whoever needs it — most districts and community centres ask, and it is easier to do it a month out than the week of.

Can you do a foam party for a field day?

Yes, and it is popular for exactly this. A foam party needs a surface that drains and an outdoor tap. We will tell you honestly if your space does not suit one.
